The basic model is the 3-Probe water level controller which only controls water level using 2 probes (3rd probe is a reference probe) that are cut some distance apart for either pump-in or pump-out configurations. The 4, 5, and 6-probes utilize the 3-probe level control and contacts for high/ low alarms and heater enable.

4-Probes - Level control with single output. Use the single additional probe for 1 N.O. or 1 N.C. contact with a common for indicators or control devices.
5-Probes - Level control with two outputs. Use the dual additional probes for 2 N.O. or 2 N.C. contact with a common for alarms indicators or control devices.
6 Probes - Level control with three controlled outputs.
Outputs for any of these models can be High or low level indicator alarms, low level cutout for disabling heater relay on low water, inputs to PLCs or many other devices customer may want to control.
